We interviewed theleaders of Hanfu association at the office of Lanting Calligraphy Association(the place we found before) from Thursday to Saturday. They all had a very goodstory to tell on our subject, Hanfu (Chinese traditional clothes andaccessories), and they are naturally talented at being interviewed.
Before theinterview, we have been researching for a long time by talking with them. Therefore, we have been familiar with our interviewees. Also, we tried our bestto place them in a comfortable location with friendly surroundings. At thebeginning, we firstly did some small talk and asked them some soft questions toget our interviewees loose and comfortable with us. We also tried to avoidquestions that solicit a yes/no answer.
Following the 10tips our teacher had given to us, our interview was pretty good. However, wedidn’t notice that there was a piece of shot which was a little bit blurry. Webelieved that as a media student, this mistake is an unforgivable mistake. Therefore, we reshot this piece of interview later.
On Sundayafternoon, our group got together and selected our shooting materials. We did this until half past six, and we were tired but happy.
