Our school is specialized in training kindergarten teachers. In early October, our school arranged the training and learning of the second level certification of teachers major. Through the three-day series of learning, I benefited a lot and felt deeply.

To further promote the construction of teacher education quality assurance system and improve the quality of teacher training, the Ministry of Education has decided to carry out teacher training professional certification work in ordinary colleges and universities.

The second level certification of teacher education can reshape the system, implement the guarantee, improve the quality, and promote the revitalization and development of teacher education. We should draw up construction plans, carry out action plans for revitalizing teacher education, promote "ten actions", and seek breakthroughs and focal points for deepening teacher education reform. We should build time-honored brands well, give full play to the principal role of teachers' colleges and universities, run a number of high-level teachers' majors well, and speed up the development of a world-class teacher education system with Chinese characteristics. We should play the "first-class card" well, create first-class teacher education, gradually raise the standards of teacher training, improve the quality of normal university students, and train new types of teachers to adapt to the future education reform. To keep a good lifeline, the implementation of teacher certification system, the establishment of certification standards, the implementation of first-class ruler "quantity", quality three "jump", sunshine certification "sun".
