Hello and welcome to my education website. First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Zhang Wei. I come from Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China. Now I am a school teacher.

Since I graduated from university in 2012, I have been engaged in the education industry and served as a teacher in the school. The school where I work is Cangzhou kindergarten normal college. Our school specializes in training kindergarten teachers. I am responsible for teaching a public basic course in the school. In my opinion, if a teacher wants to do a good course, he must keep learning. If he wants to give his students a glass of water, the teacher must have a bucket of water. Through my own efforts, I won three excellent teaching quality awards.

In addition to giving lectures, I also act as a head teacher. My students will graduate this summer. It was an unforgettable time with them. When I was a head teacher, I advocated the implementation of system management and democratic management. Formulate and improve a series of class management systems. I pay attention to organizing class activities, such as singing competitions, interesting sports meetings, kindergarten participation in practical activities, etc.

I love teaching. I think it's my choice in life. In the teaching process, I have high requirements and requirements for myself. Prepare for class and take class seriously. I insist on participating in collective teaching and research and attend classes twice a week. Correct homework in time, coach students patiently, and be honest with students. I believe that teaching is teaching. I want to make progress with my students.

Through several years of teaching experience in vocational colleges, I have a certain understanding of vocational education.
