Foreigner who wants to work and live in Guangzhou leaglly, must apply for work permit and work visa.

So, how to apply for work visa in Guangzhou ? 

Firstly, must have a Guangzhou company to support you. 

you can set up a company by yourself or find a job in Guangzhou, and your boss could provide the required documements.

What's more, applicants should provide documents as below:

1.Passport scanning copy

2.Medical report

3.White background electronic version photo, blue background photo and its receipt

4.Highest Education Certificate (bachelor or above) and attested by China embassy; 

5.No-criminal Record and attested by China embassy; 

6.Two yeears or above related work experience.

7.CV.

8.Etc.

It takes about 2 months to complete the whole procedures(work permit and work visa application).

Once get the working residence permit, your family (such as your parents, wife, children) can apply for family residence permit as well, they can live in Guangzhou legally with you.
