User Privacy Agreement

Welcome to this app, please read the following terms carefully. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, you can choose not to use this app; entering this app means that you will agree to abide by all the provisions of this agreement and fully obey Unified management of app developers. 

 Chapter I General Provisions

 Article 1 This app is an information storage space provided by app developers to users, and provides a platform for users to discuss and communicate.

 Article 2 The ownership, management and management rights of this app belong to the app developer.

 Article 3 The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to the app developer.

 Chapter 2 app users

 Article 4 All registered users and browsing users are app users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users").

 Article 5 The personal information of the user is protected, and no personal or organizational inquiry is accepted. Except for state agencies' inquiries according to law, except for the user's personal settings.

 Article 6 Users have the right to freedom of expression.

 Article 7 The words and deeds of users shall not violate the "Administrative Measures for the Security Protection of the International Network of Computer Information Networks", the "Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services", the "Administrative Regulations for Internet Electronic Bulletin Services", "Decisions to Maintain Internet Security", "Internet News Information Services Administrative regulations and other related laws stipulate that information containing one of the following contents must not be published, disseminated or otherwise transmitted in this app:

 1. Against the basic principles established by the Constitution;

 2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

 3. Damage to national honor and interests;

 4. Incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;

 5. Destroying the country's religious policies, preaching cults and feudal superstitions;

 6. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and disrupting social stability;

 7. Disseminate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror or instigate crimes;

 8. Insulting or slandering others and infringing on their legal rights;

 9. Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, gathering of people to disturb social order;

 10. Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations;

 11. Contains false, harmful, intimidating, infringing others' privacy, harassment, infringement, slander, vulgarity, obscenity, or other morally offensive content;

 12. Contains other content that is restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and any norms with legal effect.

 Article 8 Users may not publish any form of advertising in the app, including but not limited to:

 1. Publish information on online entrepreneurship, online part-time jobs, Q coins, and non-authentic winnings with any contact information;

 2. The content contains the agency title with any contact information, professional test questions, homework, thesis and other questions, as well as sales test answers and other information;

 3. Issue any bank card agency, contact invoice, illegal lottery, etc. with contact information;

 4. Contains contact information such as hackers, fee-deleted posts, and seals for certificate application;

 5. Unofficial certification releases any hospital, beauty, medicine, freckle, doctor specialist, and cosmetic information with contact information.

 Article 9 The user shall bear all civil or criminal legal liabilities directly or indirectly caused by his or her personal behavior. If the user's behavior causes losses to the app developer, the user shall be responsible for compensation. 

 Article 10 App developers have the right to deal with users who violate the rules of this app until they are prohibited from publishing information in this app.

 Article 11 It is forbidden to use illegal software for watering or illegally publishing content.

 Article 12 Any user who discovers that the content of the app is suspected of insulting or slandering others or infringes on the legal rights and interests of others, has the right to make a complaint in accordance with the app complaint rules.

 Article 13 In order to provide a high-quality communication platform for the majority of users, and at the same time to enable the benign and healthy development of the app, users who deal with reactionary, pornographic avatars, signature files, and posting inappropriate content will be severely treated. If such behavior is discovered, the ID will be permanently banned and all speeches will be emptied.

 Chapter III Declaration of Rights

 Article 14 The content of the app is created by the user, and the content or article published represents the author's opinion and has nothing to do with the app developer. The entire responsibility for the authenticity of the user's speech is borne by the user, and the app developer does not bear any responsibility.

 Article 15 Any disputes and / or losses caused or possibly caused by the use of the app by the users shall be resolved by the users themselves and bear corresponding responsibilities, regardless of the app developer.

 Article 16 The work published by the user in the app, the app developer has the right to reprint or quote, without notifying the user.

 Article 17. The copyright property rights of any content (including selfies) published by the user at any time in the app, the user permits the app developer to free, permanent, irrevocable, divisible license and non-exclusive worldwide Rights of local use, including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network transmission rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and copyright Other copyrighted property rights enjoyed by copyright owners under the Law. Moreover, the user permits the app developer to have the right to file a separate lawsuit against any subject infringement and obtain full compensation.

 Chapter IV Punishment Rules

 Article 18 The app developer solemnly reminds users that if any one or more of the following situations occur, they will bear the consequences including being shut down of all or part of their permissions, suspension or deletion of their account. In serious cases, they will also bear the corresponding legal liability. 

 1. Use indecent or inappropriate IDs and nicknames;

 2. Posting illegal or infringing statements containing obscenities, pornography, personal attacks and anti-government speech;

 3. Engage in illegal business activities;

 4. Imitate the ID of the management personnel or the ID of another person to impersonate or destroy the image of the management personnel;

 5. Use illegal software such as a posting machine to explode it or post illegally.

 6. Other app developers consider it inappropriate.

 Article 19 The app manager has the right to delete the article without notice in advance if one of the following situations occurs, and to punish accordingly according to relevant regulations. In serious cases, app managers have the right to close some of their permissions and suspend until their account is deleted. 

 1. Publish articles containing content prohibited from publication or dissemination under Article 7 of this Agreement;

 2. Publish irrigation articles that do not fit the topic of the page or have no content;

 3. The same article appears multiple times;

 4. Posting an advertisement in violation of Article 8 of this agreement;

 5. The content of the article or personal signature will contain content or format that seriously affects the user's browsing;

 6. Other app developers consider it inappropriate.

 Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

 Article 20 Judicial interpretation of cracking down on online rumors: "Interpretations of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues concerning the Application of Laws in Criminal Cases Involving Defamation Using Information Networks" The 1589th meeting, which was adopted by the 9th meeting of the 12th Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on September 2, 2013, is hereby promulgated and will be implemented as of September 10, 2013.

 Article 21 Legal disputes caused by articles published by all users are not related to app developers. 

 Article 22 If the app needs to suspend service due to system maintenance or upgrade, etc., it will announce in advance. If the service is suspended due to hardware failure or other force majeure, all inconveniences and losses caused during the service suspension period, this post bar is not responsible. The app developer is not responsible for any loss of information and / or other results due to app adjustments.

 Article 23 For issues not covered in this agreement, please refer to relevant national laws and regulations. When this agreement conflicts with national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.
