很好奇,因为本人是一个非常瘦,然后力气很小的女生。有人能分享一下怎么把自己的力气锻炼起来吗?
本人身高大概一米七左右,然后体重85斤上下,因为在学校的时候被别人过肩摔了,所以很生气,想要把自己的力气锻炼起来,有没有人能分享一下经验或者好办法?谢谢了[给心心][给心心][给心心]

What a relief that they have been sent to school. I got up early this morning and wanted to fry beefsteak as breakfast for them, after second thought, I needed to buy some meat for emergency as the pandemic seems approaching. Before I went out, I asked them to get up. When I came back with meat and steamed buns, they had prepared everything well and sat side by side in the sofa. I drove them to school before 7 o'clock.
We talked about the meaning of life yesterday and what's the topic today? Beside pandemic these days, I would like to say something positive in order us to enjoy a day with good mood.
Let's talk about workouts. Having a habit of doing exercises can increase our immune system,balance our hormone,then let us live a good quality life. There are several kinds of workouts. I know just a little about it. High intensity internal training(HIIT), low intensity internal traning(LIIT), cardio traning,strength training,etc. I do some cardio tranings almost everyday. At first, I wanted to slim down a bit and wanted my abs to go away,to make abs to be one pack,to have enough energy...gradually,I am satisfied if I do some stretching each day,yes,I failed to have doing physical sports as one of my habits,but I am still trying.Adding LIIT into my routine is probably a good way.
What kind of exercises do you usually do? Does it benefit you? What benefits have you enjoyed? What's your opinion about meditation? I don't know how meditation works, from the spirit aspect,I think it works based on peaceful mindset and makes you concentrate, far away from things outside, focus on your inner side, let you feel,understand,warm,hug and accept yourself to clear your spirit and clear what's important in your life,don't let those unimportant and nagetive stuffs bother you.
