规范化管理  Standardized management  La gestion standardisee

对如下文章做一个补充：规范化的管理是必要的，但是它是指结构。如果一家公司非常小，事实上它是可以将流程中的某些步奏选成“不适用”来跳过的，以此来保证流程与实操方面的平衡。
