Please carefully read and choose to accept or not accept this membership agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this membership agreement, you may not register, log in or use the services covered by this membership agreement. Your registration, login and use will be deemed as your acceptance of this membership agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this membership agreement.

This membership agreement stipulates all matters concerning the service of "PONO member" between the guerrilla team and you“ "Member" means an individual who registers, logs in and uses the various services provided by the guerrilla team in this membership agreement. PONO membership service is a paid value-added service. Members must fully agree to this membership agreement and pay for it before they can enjoy relevant services.

This membership agreement is based on the PONO user service agreement of "PONO" software and is an integral part of it. Meanwhile, various specifications and rules on member services issued by the guerrilla team from time to time are also part of this member agreement. If you choose to accept this membership agreement, open membership service and become a member user, you agree to accept the constraints of this membership agreement, PONO user service agreement and various specifications and rules, and will abide by them. If you do not accept this membership agreement, you will not be able to enjoy the membership services covered by this membership agreement. The guerrilla team has the right to unilaterally terminate this membership agreement if the member disagrees with the change of this membership agreement.

This membership agreement can be updated by the guerrilla team at any time. Once the updated membership agreement is published, it will replace the original membership agreement without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the membership agreement on this website.

1、 General

1. PONO is a work photography platform created and operated by the guerrilla team.

2. PONO users refer to registered users who have completed all registration processes and are willing to accept the PONO service agreement and use PONO services under the provisions of relevant PONO use specifications.

3. PONO member service is a paid value-added service provided by PONO to PONO users. Users can enjoy various services specially provided for members only after paying relevant fees to PONO.

4. PONO members must abide by the PONO user service agreement and this member agreement.

2、 Service fee

1. Membership is calculated in months or years (monthly service is from the date of the current month to the same date of the next month, annual service is from the date of the current year to the same date of the next year, and if there is no same date, it is calculated on the last day of the month)

2. The guerrilla team can adjust the member service fee standard at any time according to the actual situation. The adjusted member service fee standard will be displayed on the membership payment page. Users who need to pay to the guerrilla team after the announced adjustment date can enjoy or continue the membership only after they pay according to the adjusted service fee standard. For users who have purchased membership services according to the original membership service fee standard, their membership and membership services will not be affected within the term of membership, and there is no need to supplement the payment difference.

3、 Service content

PONO will provide members with a variety of exclusive value-added services, and the specific contents will be displayed on the member page.

PONO can adjust the service content of members at any time according to the actual situation.

4、 Opening and termination of services

1. PONO users obtain PONO membership after completing the user registration procedure and paying the membership fees through the payment channels provided by PONO platform.

2. PONO users complete member registration through PONO platform, and the submitted content and personal data must be true and valid. When the member's personal data changes, the member shall modify the registered personal data in time, otherwise the member's rights cannot be fully and effectively exercised or any other consequences and responsibilities shall be borne by the member. The member agrees that PONO will use the member's information when providing member services and complying with the PONO user service agreement.

3. The validity period of membership starts from the time when PONO member service is opened. For details, you can log in to the "member center" page of the client.

4. Unless the user opens the automatic renewal function, after the expiration of the membership, the guerrilla team will stop providing member value-added services to the user, and the user can renew the membership by renewing the member service fee.

Members renew their membership within the validity period of membership, and the validity period of membership will be extended accordingly on the basis of the original validity period. In addition, the guerrilla team provides the function of automatic renewal of membership. Users can also open this function within the validity period of their membership. The guerrilla team is authorized to automatically renew the term of their membership before the expiration of the validity period of their membership, deduct the corresponding fees from their user account, and automatically renew after the expiration of the renewal. If the fee in the user account is insufficient to pay the renewal fee, this function cannot be realized.

5、 Rights and obligations of members

1. PONO members shall enjoy the rights of members equally, and shall abide by the norms and rules of the guerrilla team, including but not limited to this member agreement and PONO user service agreement, as well as the documents of the guerrilla team on the addition and change of members in the future.

2. For users who violate the PONO community norms for personal reasons and are banned, their membership rights and interests will not be returned, and the relevant losses shall be borne by the users themselves. Please work with PONO to create a good and civilized work photography platform.

3. Members can enjoy various value-added services of PONO members within the validity period of membership.

4. If a member voluntarily terminates or cancels his membership within the validity period of his membership, the guerrilla team is not responsible for returning the service fee corresponding to the remaining validity period of his membership.

5. The member shall bear the legal liability arising from the acts not agreed by PONO, such as transmitting and publishing information in PONO, using PONO free services or charging services. The member's use of PONO services, including free services and charging services, shall comply with various laws, regulations and normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"), and the member's illegal acts, Members shall bear the legal consequences by themselves.

6、 Rights and obligations of guerrilla groups

1. The guerrilla team is obliged to ensure that members who abide by this membership agreement, PONO user service agreement and various specifications and rules use the member services normally. When technical faults affect the normal provision of member services, guerrilla technology shall eliminate the faults as soon as possible.

2. Without the authorization of the member, PONO shall not disclose, edit or disclose the non-public information registered and saved by the member, except as expressly stipulated by laws and regulations and agreed in the PONO user service agreement.

3. The guerrilla team will notify and announce the members through the PONO system. If the members do not reply within 24 hours after the notice is sent, they are deemed to have known and agreed.

4. The guerrilla team will not bear any responsibility for the interruption or other defects in the provision of member services caused by force majeure, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impact on members. Force majeure includes but is not limited to flood, fire, earthquake, power failure, government action, computer virus, hacker attack, technical update and technical failure.

5. PONO is not responsible for the disclosure of PONO account password caused by members. At the same time, in order to avoid the legal risk caused by the misuse of PONO account after theft, PONO can take all measures to prevent the third party from operating the user's member account after the user reports the situation, regardless of the purpose of the third party and whether the acquisition method is in good faith, Provide information as required by PONO.

6. In the process of using PONO free services or paid services, if a member intentionally commits acts that damage the legitimate rights and interests of the guerrilla team, PONO platform and other PONO users, or there are relevant circumstances agreed in the PONO user service agreement, the guerrilla team has the right to cancel the member's membership or interrupt one or more member services without giving any compensation, And reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of the member.

7. If a member violates laws and regulations in the process of using PONO free services or paid services, the guerrilla team has the right to cancel the member's membership without any compensation, and the member shall bear all the responsibilities by himself.

7、 Other

1. The specifications and rules on member services issued by the guerrilla team are an integral part of the terms of service.

2. In case of any conflict between this membership agreement and PONO user service agreement or there is no provision in this membership agreement, the provisions of PONO user service agreement shall prevail.

3. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this membership agreement shall be governed by the laws of the people's Republic of China. In case of any dispute or dispute between the members and the guerrilla team, it shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the members agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the guerrilla team resides.

4. The copyright of this membership agreement is owned by the guerrilla team, which reserves the right to interpret and modify.

5. The guerrilla team can continuously improve this membership agreement for the purpose of maintaining the order of PONO members according to different stages of PONO development and with the continuous enrichment of community management experience.
