A Proposal for the Orientation Program

Dear school leaders,

    To help freshmen adjust to our university life and ease their transition into college,as a sophomore from Medical School,I propose that an orientation program should be offered.

介绍项目的提案

尊敬的学校领导：

      作为医学院的大二学生，为了帮助大一新生适应我们的大学生活并轻松过渡到大学，我建议开设一个定向课程。

    The suggested details are as follows.First and foremost,considering the COVID-19 pandemic,the program combines online courses that students must complete before the start of classes on September 8th with offline activities to be held in our gym or playground from September 1st to 7th.

    建议的细节如下。首先，考虑到2019冠状病毒疾病，该项目将在线课程，学生必须在9月8日开始上课之前完成，然后在9月1日或第七日在我们的体育馆或操场举行离线活动。

The virtual program will contain an introduction to the various resources and opportunities available to freshmen,including academic support,health and security knowledge,and a welcome speech addressed by school leaders,etc.
