吉兰丁智能制造的刀具断裂监控系统是针对加工过程中刀具断裂等异常工况进行判断及报警的智能监控软件。该系统通过学习正常的加工过程得到控制边界曲线，当刀具发生断裂时，信号超出边界，系统即可自动报警并控制机床暂停加工。

适用范围：车削、铣削、钻孔、铰孔、镗孔、攻丝等。

TBM is an intelligent monitoring software used to distinguish abnormal condition in machining process(e.g.,tool breakage) and give alarm to the operators in real time.By learning and analyzing normal process data,TBM figures out the control boundaries of the machining process,When tools break in machining process, the real-time signal will go beyond the control boundaries. At this situation,TBM will give automatic alarm and stop the machine tool from machining.
