Hi guys, long time no see. What’s up.

It’s coming to the Chinese lunar new year. Almost everyone in China is stocking stuff for the festival. But I can’t do it. Cause now I’m staying in a hotel in Indonesia for the quarantine. Don’t be mistaken. I’m not positive. It’s just a routine quarantine for a foreigner who comes into this country.

But there is some good news. The weather here is pretty nice. The temperature in this city stays 24-32 degree Celsius. I watch a T-shirt in room. But in my hometown in China we wear pretty heavy now. it’s pretty not comfortable.

I thought there are many Indonesian Chinese I will meet in Indonesia. But after the arrival in the airport to now, I haven’t met one Indonesian Chinese. So I checked that online and I found that the Indonesian Chinese are a minority in this country and they make up only 3-3.5% of the total population in Indonesia. Besides, literally, they cannot speak Chinese now.

After the short adjust period, I’m going back to my getting up early and English journal habits. Perhaps I should some Indonesian. It’s more useful than English here. Anybody could give me some suggestions on learning Indonesian fast? Appreciate in advance. 

The traffic is so busy here. Down my hotel there is a unban road. This road is heavy congested from morning to night like this picture below. And now I know that in Indonesia they drive on the right seat while Chinese drive on the left seat. It’s interesting.

In the hotel room, I want to tell the font office that I need something In donesian. But I can’t speak this language. Could you translate these sentences for me? Thank you very much.
     Hello, could you give me something I have to use in the room, please. Thank you.
     1 toilet paper
     2 napkin paper
     3 tooth paste and tooth brush
     4 a pair of chopsticks
